About the RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher to join our Credit team as an LAS Credit Manager. This role includes evaluation of credit proposals for Loan Against Securities, assess borrower financials, analyze portfolios, and support decision‑making to ensure high‑quality credit underwriting.Job Location - MumbaiJob ResponsibilitiesAssess creditworthiness of clients using financial statements, credit reports, and industry analysisPrepare detailed credit appraisal memos and risk assessmentsMonitor and track the performance of existing credit exposures and portfoliosDevelop and update internal credit rating models and scorecardsConduct regular portfolio reviews and ensure early warning systems are in placeLiaise with business teams, legal, and operations for credit approvals and documentationEnsure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines)
