Job Description:
Experience : 4–6 yearsLocation : Preferred candidates based in MumbaiRoles and Responsibilities -1. Should have experience in handling Import/Export shipping documentations2. Should have experience in coordinating with CHA shipping line 3. Maintaining data for imports and all outbounds for billing purpose4. Should have experience in analysis to present monthly reports and activities to customer and to show our performance as per agreed SLA.5. Act as the single point of contact for direct customers, handling queries related to warehousing, inventory, dispatch, and service execution.6. Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.7. Manage documentation, including Invoice, Packing List, COO, and COA, ensuring completeness and correctness.8. Provide clear dispatch instructions to the transportation team and coordinate vehicle placement based on shipment requirements.9. Maintain operational and commercial records such as inventory data, cycle count reports, and invoices in the system.10. Coordinate billing as per agreed timelines and resolve invoice discrepancies.11. Proactively update customers on order status, delays, or exceptions.12. Visit warehouses when required to support operations and maintain process understanding.Key Skills & Competencies -1. Experience handling direct customers in warehousing or logistics operations2. Working knowledge of transport coordination and vehicle types used in logistics3. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills4.
