We are now looking for aSenior Graphic Visualiserwho can translate data-driven marketing strategies into high-impact visual communication.Role Overview As aSenior Graphic Visualiser – MarTech , you will play a critical role in shaping the visual output ofmarketing automation and technology-led campaigns . You will work closely withMarTech consultants, data scientists, performance marketers, and CRM teamsto design visually compelling assets that enhance customer engagement across automated, personalized, and omnichannel marketing journeys. This role requires a designer who understandsmarketing funnels, lifecycle communication, CRM campaigns, and performance-driven design , while maintaining strong brand consistency and creative excellence.Key Responsibilities Design creative assets formarketing automation campaignsincluding emailers, push notifications, WhatsApp creatives, landing pages, banners, and in-app visuals TranslateCRM, lifecycle, and data-driven strategiesinto clear, engaging, and conversion-focused visual designs Collaborate withMarTech, Data Science, and Growth teamsto support campaigns across tools such as CRM platforms, CDPs, marketing automation systems, and analytics dashboards Develop design systems and templates forscalable, personalized, and automated campaigns Ensure creatives are optimized forperformance metricssuch as CTR, engagement, and conversion Work on A/B test creatives and iterate designs based on performance insights and data feedback Adapt global brand guidelines across multiple markets (US, UK, Australia) and platforms Partner with account managers and clients to understand objectives and translate feedback into effective visual solutions Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints while innovating within brand frameworks Mentor junior designers and support creative quality checks where requiredRequired Skills & Expertise Advanced proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong working knowledge ofFigma / Adobe XD / Sketchfor digital and UI-based design Solid understanding ofdesign for performance marketing and automation channels Experience designing foremail marketing, CRM campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads Strong grasp ofvisual hierarchy, typography, layout systems, and responsive design Ability to design within constraints ofmarketing automation platforms and templates Exposure tomotion graphics(After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lottie, GIFs) is an added advantage Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneouslyEligibility & Experience 3–5 years of experience in acreative agency, digital agency, or in-house marketing team Prior experience working withinternational clients(US, UK, Australia) preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inDesign, Visual Communication, Fine Arts , or related fieldYou’re a Great Fit If You Enjoy working at the intersection ofdesign, data, and technology Understand how design influencesuser behavior and campaign performance Are comfortable designing at scale forautomated and personalized journeys Can balance creativity with structure, templates, and data-led insights Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsWhy Join Schbang Work withglobal brandsand cutting-edge MarTech ecosystems Gain exposure todata-driven marketing, automation, and personalization Collaborate with diverse teams across creative, tech, growth, and analytics Be part of a culture that valuesinnovation, ownership, and continuous learningPlease share updated resume CV at krishna.joshi@ (Kindly add your portfolio link, current ctc, expected ctc, notice period)
