The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating schedules, overseeing projects, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and leading the studio team. The Studio Manager will also handle sales initiatives to bring in new clients and promote studio services.QualificationsWillingness to work flexible hours as per project requirementsPrior knowledge of or exposure to the entertainment industryProficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi, both written and verbalStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to establish and maintain professional relationships with clientsComfortable using a smartphone camera and managing social media platforms for basic content needsBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
