About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Service & E-Commerce Executive to manage our D2C customer experience and support daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via phone, email, and chatManage product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platformsHandle NDRs (Non-Delivery Reports) and ensure successful order deliveriesTrack daily orders and prepare basic operational reportsCoordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketing teamsMaintain customer records and uphold high service standardsRequirementsGraduate1–3 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce operationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of returns, exchanges, and refund processesFamiliarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.Friendly, approachable, and customer-first mindset✨ If you enjoy working in a fast-paced D2C environment and love helping customers, we’d love to hear from you!
