We and our clients have a very high staff retention rate a testament to how we value and reward our team.Essential Skills: -           Newly Qualified or recently qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a practice firm.-           Excellent written and spoken English-           Good excel skills and computer usage skills-           Working understanding of Journals and finalisation of financial statementsKey Responsibilities:-           Serving Irish clients-           Assisting more senior colleagues in liaising with clients to gather information and communicate with clients on routine matters, such as:-           Providing assistance on non-audit engagements-           Preparing sole trader, partnership and Ltd company accounts-           Preparing corporation tax returns-           Preparing VAT returns-           Preparing management accounts-           Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence.-           Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.-           Participate in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client.-           Represent the firm internally and externally a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.Qualification - CA qualfied with ACCA exam may be preferred
