This leadership role will involve managing and scaling the UG vertical, developing high-quality counselling services, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students aspiring to pursue undergraduate programs globally. The charter for this role will include: Defining and executing the strategic vision for the UG vertical, focusing on premium counselling services.. Overseeing the delivery of end-to-end premium counselling services, ensuring exceptional quality and outcomes. Monitoring and improving key performance metrics, such as admissions success rates, client satisfaction, and process efficiency Building, mentoring, and managing a team of counsellors, advisors, and support staff dedicated to undergraduate admissions. Designing and implementing unique programs tailored to undergraduate students, including academic profile building, extracurricular planning, and admissions strategy. Fostering relationships with top-tier universities, colleges, and other stakeholders in the global education ecosystem. Collaborating with schools, organizations, and educational institutions to promote premium counselling services.Ideal Persona : A proven track record in both 0-1 and 1-100 growth stages—someone who has independently run a UG business and is a strong operator at a senior level. Deep understanding of the premium market, a strong personal brand, and experience in high-end/Ivy League counseling. Have experience scaling teams and designing processes across 2-3 companies, with a strong grasp of technology.Location:Mumbai/Bangalore
