With over 1,200+ successful Europe groups, Switrus is known for its premium itineraries, high-value inclusions, transparent pricing, and strong European on-ground support.We help customers make their once-in-a-lifetime Europe dream a reality — and we are expanding our Mumbai team to drive this growth.About the RoleWe are hiring Travel Consultants (Fresher / Experienced) for our Mumbai branch driven sales role focused on converting hot inbound leads and outbound enquiries into confirmed bookings for our premium Europe tour packages.If you enjoy consultative selling, closing deals, and earning attractive incentives, this role is for you.What You Will DoHandle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp and online leadsConsult customers and recommend the right Europe tour packageClearly explain itineraries, inclusions, pricing & value benefitsConvert enquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targetsBuild strong customer relationships and repeat referralsMaintain lead follow-ups and update CRM recordsWork closely with Mumbai branch team to maximise closuresFreshers or candidates with 0–6 years experience in sales / customer consultingExperience in travel, real estate, insurance, BFSI, education sales or telesales is an advantageStrong willingness to learn and grow in a sales-focused roleSkills We Are Looking ForExcellent communication & persuasion skillsConfidence in handling customer objections and closing salesTarget-oriented mindset with hunger to earn incentivesBasic understanding of travel products (training will be provided)Good follow-up discipline and customer-handling skillsCTC & IncentivesCTC: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per monthPerformance-based incentives over and above CTCClear growth opportunities based on performanceEqual Opportunity StatementSwitrus is an equal opportunity employer.
