Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders. - Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals. - Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. - Conduct regular market visits to support and train sales representatives and distributors. - Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and brand visibility initiatives. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis to senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and trade practices.QUALIFICATION:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Proven experience (4–7 years) in business development, territory sales, or a similar role in the Logistics & supply chain solution Org. - Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer relationship management, and negotiation tactics. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to analyze market data and drive strategic decisions. - Willingness to travel extensively within the territory. - Diversity candidate will be given preference first.
