The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and managing end-to-end sales cycles for IT staffing solutions.Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for IT Staff Augmentation and Contract Staffing services - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders - Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT resource solutions (Finacle etc.) - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure - Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment - Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and contracts - Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability - Maintain accurate sales data - Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
