Manager – Digital Initiatives

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES•Evaluation and implementation of upcoming technologies in B2B scenarios likeJourney Based Lead Nurturing, Process Engineering, Lead Generation & SFAs (Field force Applications)•Understanding and Implementation experience on CRM Platforms ( preferred) and data visualization tools in the B2B Segment.•Expertise and experience in building the technology foundation for B2B Businesses and will be a catalyst driving the digital agenda for these divisions.•Assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs.•Evangelize new digital projects based on identified business needs.•Preparing business case in consultation with divisions & implement the same in coordination with partners.•Drive change management & adoption programs for new projects & processes enabled through digital.•Experience in project delivery leading multiple critical business projects for 3 ++•In-depth and hands –on project /program management experience involving complex solution development in multi vendor environment•Experience on API management & solutioning integration approach•Knowledge on SAP SD/FICO modules would be advantageCANDIDATE PROFILE•Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Management with at least 2 years’ experience in IT.•Graduation in Computer Science Engineering.
