We create playful, high quality products designed to deliver an unforgettable pleasure experience to our customers.About The Role:We are looking for a Marketplaces Manager to own the end-to-end P&L for all marketplace platforms driving revenue, market share, marketing and profitability goals.What You Will Do:Strategy and Execution Lead the strategy and execution across all platforms to achieve sales and business goalsSet measurable goals and KPIs to track the performance of e-commerce initiatives and provide key insights to leadership for continuous improvements.Catalog and Inventory ManagementManage the online product catalog, including product descriptions, catalog accuracy, images, pricing, promotions and campaignsBuild and optimize fulfillment operations and inventory levels across marketplaces and quick commerce.Data Analysis and ReportingUse analytics tools to track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, CAC and ROI across platformsImplement data-driven decision-making and technology to enhance visibility and performance.Team and Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with internal stakeholders like supply chain, brand and finance to ensure seamless execution, stock availability, and timely product uploads.Who You Are:Have 3-6 years of experience scaling brands on q-commerce & e-commerce platformsStrong business acumen with experience in driving P&L across various platformsData-driven, analytical, possesses problem solving skills for dynamic environmentsAbility to build relationships with cross-functional teams and drive all stakeholders towards brand goalsWhy Join Us:Work directly with our founder Leeza Mangaldas and the leadership team shaping India’s industry-defining sexual wellness brandScale up the marketplaces channel & create an impact in the brand’s growth journeyJoin a young, high-energy, purpose-driven brand redefining pleasure for Indian consumersWe’d love to hear from you!
