About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and hiring processes while building a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networksScreen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirementsCoordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-upsMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersSupport in drafting and posting job descriptionsAssist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiativesHelp with onboarding documentation and joining formalitiesProvide general administrative support to the HR teamDuration: 6 months to 1 yearRequirements:Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)Proficiency in MS Office / Google WorkspaceAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with good organizational skills
