Manager Civil

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:Develop and implement civil work plans for airport construction and expansion projects.Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Design & Compliance:Review and approve civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.Ensure compliance with ICAO, DGCA, and other aviation regulatory standards.Site Management:Supervise site activities including earthworks, pavements, runways, taxiways, aprons, and terminal building structures.Monitor progress and resolve technical issues promptly.Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.Conduct regular meetings to track progress and address challenges.Quality & Safety:Implement quality assurance and safety protocols on-site.Conduct inspections and audits to maintain high standards.Resource Management:Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement schedules.Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering.Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in civil engineering with airport projects.Hands-on experience in runway/taxiway construction, terminal buildings, and airside works.Technical Skills: Knowledge of airport design standards and pavement engineering.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and civil engineering software.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
