If you love engaging with people, hosting events, and being the go-to problem solver — this role is for you.What You’ll Do- Build a warm, collaborative, and vibrant community experience for all members. - Be the first and last point of contact — ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and delightful. - Assist with employee travel/ticket bookings for a seamless employee experience. - Plan and execute community events, new member orientations, and monthly event calendars within budget. - Drive engagement initiatives through member introductions, communication updates, and on-ground support. - Handle member queries, tickets, emails, and escalations with professionalism and empathy. - Support internal & external events — from planning to execution. - Manage consumables, mail/package handling, and onsite third-party support teams. - Track building expenses and submit receipts to the Community Lead/Manager. - Identify issues and escalate appropriately with proper documentation.What You Bring- Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales. - Clear and confident communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - High integrity, accountability, and a people-centric mindset. - Passion for community building and entrepreneurial environments. - Basic proficiency with computers and digital tools.
