Role - Manager R2RLocation - Kurla MumbaiShift Timings - 1:00PM to 10:00PMQualificationCA/ICWARoles and Responsibilities- Manage monthly reporting process for US BUs, ensuring timely delivery of financial statements. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data required for record-to-report (RTR) processes. - Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other adjusting items to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Prepare balance sheet schedules, including fixed assets, depreciation, amortization, and intercompany balances. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to general ledger accounts.Desired Candidate Profile- 5-6 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR) or similar role in a multinational organization. - Strong knowledge of MS Excel & ERP systems; ability to learn new software quickly.
