We’re Hiring: E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth Specialist• Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai• Experience: 1–3 years• Full-time roleAbout the Brand:• India’s first mung-bean based nutrition brand (protein, cereals, soups) Its Moong ()• Exporting to the US, Canada and South Africa• Focus on clean-label functional foods and category creationKey Responsibilities:• Manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto and ONDC• Drive listing performance: titles, keywords, A+ content, infographics, PDP optimisation• Run and optimise Sponsored Ads (Brand, Product, Display, Retargeting)• Improve metrics: ACoS, ROAS, session share, conversion rate, BSR ranking• Plan pricing, deals, coupons, promotions and marketplace events• Forecast sales, track inventory, coordinate for dispatch and stock planning• Create weekly and monthly dashboards with actionable insights• Use analytics tools such as Helium10, Nozzle/Perpetua, Unicommerce/Shiprocket Pro, Seller Central dataCandidate Requirements:• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace management• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace KPIs• Skilled in keyword research, listing SEO, ad optimisation and Excel• Ability to analyse data, solve operational challenges and drive conversions• Preferred background in FMCG, D2C, food, nutrition or clean-label categories• Added advantage: experience with Amazon Global listingsWhy This Role Matters:• Opportunity to build a new category for Indian plant-based protein• Direct impact on brand growth across India and international marketplaces• Clear growth path to Marketplace Lead or Performance Growth Manager (D2C + Global)
