This role blends consulting, research, coordination, and hands-on execution. As an Associate, you will work closely with senior consultants to help organizations understand, adopt, and scale AI responsibly and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Adoption Support- Assist in assessing client readiness across people, processes, technology, and data. - Support discovery workshops, pilot design, and scaling activities. - Contribute to change management efforts to drive adoption and impact.Consulting & Advisory- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support AI strategy development. - Translate client needs into structured consulting outputs such as diagnostics, use-case libraries, and adoption plans. - Prepare presentations, frameworks, and client-facing documentation.AI Project Delivery & Governance- Coordinate with technical teams to track project progress and ensure alignment to business requirements. - Support governance activities covering ethics, compliance, and model performance monitoring. - Help define and track success metrics to measure business value.Vendor & Client Coordination- Assist in managing relationships with AI vendors, platform partners, and service providers. - Ensure clear communication between clients and internal delivery teams. - Support stakeholder management across senior and operational client teams.Business Development- Contribute to proposal creation, pitch decks, and go-to-market materials. - Research opportunities within existing accounts and support expansion initiatives. - Help develop internal IP, playbooks, templates, and accelerators.Research & Thought Leadership- Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, governance models, and industry applications. - Support the creation of thought leadership, blogs, reports, and event materials. - Contribute to evolving internal viewpoints on responsible AI adoption.Key QualificationsEducation & Background- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. - 1–4 years of experience in consulting, AI/ML, digital transformation, analytics, product, or technology roles.AI & Technical Understanding- Foundational understanding of AI concepts (GenAI, ML, NLP, automation). - Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise AI tools (good to have). - Experience working in or supporting AI/tech project delivery is an advantage.Consulting & Business Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build structured presentations and articulate insights. - Comfort working in multi-stakeholder and client-facing environments.Soft Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong ownership, attention to detail, and execution capability. - Curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about AI adoption and consulting work.Good to Have- Experience in strategy consulting, innovation teams, or digital transformation roles. - Exposure to AI/ML development, data workflows, or product analytics. - Experience in startups or fast-paced environments. - Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and industry frameworks.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on AI adoption programs across industries. - Hands-on exposure to both strategy and delivery execution. - Close collaboration with senior AI consultants and technical experts. - Access to cutting-edge AI tools, research, and learning pathways. - A dynamic and innovative environment that encourages growth and experimentation.-
