If you identify with what we do and are interested in being a part of an aggressively growing brand, we would love to have you on Board!Team Summary :The Assistant Manager – Marketplaces will be responsible for managing and scaling the brand’s business across online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, and others. The role involves end-to-end ownership of marketplace operations, cataloging, performance optimization, promotions, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure best-in-class digital retail execution.Roles & Responsibilities :- Manage daily operations across key marketplace platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, etc.). - Ensure 100% accurate creation of product listings across all marketplaces within defined TAT (e.g., 24–48 hours after product readiness). - Maintain zero critical listing errors (wrong category, size chart mismatch, incorrect attributes, wrong images). - Work closely with design/merch teams to ensure all product metadata is complete before listing. - Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and bullet points following each marketplace’s best practices and SEO guidelines. - Maintain uniform brand tone aligned with The Souled Store’s voice across all platforms. - Improve organic visibility through keyword optimization, leading to measurable boost in discovery (e.g., +15% impressions for new listings). - Monitor performance dashboards, share weekly reporting, and track KPIs including sales, conversion, CTR, and return rates. - Oversee product listing creation including images, titles, bullet points, descriptions, size charts, and A+ content. - Coordinate with design/photography teams for fashion-first, high-impact content. - Optimize listings for SEO, discoverability, and conversion. - Execute seasonal sales plans, promotions, and platform-specific events. - Track daily sales and identify levers to improve revenue and margins. - Manage deal grids, pricing strategies, discounting, and platform-funded promotions. - Execute platform advertising and visibility campaigns (sponsored ads, display, brand pages, influencer tie-ups if applicable). - Monitor ROAS, CPC, and campaign performance; optimize spends to hit growth targets. - Drive brand participation in platform events like EOSS, Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc.Qualifications & Skills :- 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably in the apparel/fashion industry. - Strong understanding of marketplace operations and e-commerce metrics. - Analytical mindset; proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards. - Experience with advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Myntra Ads, Flipkart PLA, etc.). - Ability to collaborate across merchandising, supply chain, content, and marketing teams. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with marketplace category managers. - Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and process-oriented approach.
