Structural Draughtsman

Lower Parel, Mumbai (On-site) |Full-timeSummary of the RoleWe are looking for a Structural Draughtsman with at least 2 years of experience in a structural design consultancy firm. Success in this role means producing accurate RCC drawings, reinforcement detailing, and coordination outputs that support our engineers in delivering safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs. This role is central to our projects, ensuring design intent is translated into precise and buildable drawings, contributing directly to the quality and reputation of our work.- ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate structural drawings, including plans, sections, and reinforcement details for RCC structures. - Develop reinforcement schedules and bar bending schedules (BBS). - Ensure drawings are compliant with IS codes, project specifications, and company standards. - Revise and update drawings as per design changes or client feedback. - Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and consultants to resolve technical clarifications. - Maintain drawing records and ensure timely delivery of outputs. - Contribute to projects using BIM workflows (Autodesk Suite/Revit) where applicable.- QualificationsDiploma / ITI in Civil Drafting (or equivalent). - Minimum 2 years of experience as a draughtsman in a structural design consultancy. - Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). - Strong knowledge of RCC detailing and drafting practices. - Experience in BIM software (Autodesk Revit / Autodesk Suite) will be considered a strong advantage. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines. - Good verbal and written communication skills.
