Through its brands — UniScholars (counselling), UniCreds (education financing), UniAcco (student housing) — ASL provides end-to-end solutions for students studying abroad.We are expanding our demand-side B2B partnerships globally and looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Partnerships to lead this vertical.Role Summary:The Head of Partnerships will define and execute ASL’s demand-side B2B partnership strategy. You will build, manage, and scale relationships with universities, education consultancies, overseas student agents, and loan/finance partners. The role is strategic, revenue-oriented, and cross-functional, owning partner acquisition, enablement, performance, and growth.Key Responsibilities:1.Partnership Strategy & Growth- Define and implement a global demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with company growth. - Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers. - Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.2.Partner Acquisition & Onboarding- Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding. - Build frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.3.Relationship Management & Enablement- Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners. - Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. - Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.4.Performance Tracking & Optimization- Define KPIs - Track performance, provide insights, and refine partnership strategies. - Report to leadership on partner performance and ROI.5.Team Leadership- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnership team./ - Ensure collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.6.Market & Ecosystem Analysis- Monitor global education trends, study-abroad patterns, PBSA market, and competitor partnerships. - Identify new geographies and partner verticals for growth.Required Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. - 7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B) - Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. - Proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships. - Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions.
