Our data-driven insights fuel decision-making and provide comprehensive support for both acquisition and being acquired, ensuring you are covered from every angle—360°ABOUT OUR CLIENT:A next-gen fintech platform built to simplify international business—providing digital tools for cross-border payments, global-ready accounts, compliance onboarding, trade finance support, and end-to-end export documentation.THE ROLE:- Own end-to-end recruitment — from role definition, sourcing, screening/resume review, interviews, offer negotiation, to onboarding coordination. - Collaborate with hiring managers / founder to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and set candidate selection criteria aligned with our business goals. - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy — leveraging diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networks), building a pipeline (active + passive candidates), and employer branding. - Manage onboarding process for new employees — document collection, induction coordination, handover to relevant teams / HR functions, and ensure a smooth ‘first-days/weeks’ experience. - Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and hiring managers — advising on talent market trends, candidate compensation benchmarks, role design, and hiring strategy.REQUIREMENTS:- ~5–9+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / full-cycle hiring. Preferably with exposure to startups / tech / fintech / fast-growing companies. - Strong understanding of recruitment practices — sourcing, interviewing (behavioral & technical), offer negotiation, candidate management. - Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills; ability to collaborate with leadership, hiring managers, and external partners - Organizational skills, time-management, ability to handle multiple openings concurrently, work under deadlines. - Proactive mindset; able to anticipate hiring needs, build pipelines ahead of demand, and adapt to evolving business priorities.
