We are seeking a Market & Business Development Specialist to drive growth, develop market intelligence, and strengthen customer relationships for our Pharma Packaging Solutions (Vials, Ampoules, Syringes & Cartridges). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while fostering relationships with both customers and internal teamsLocation: MumbaiResponsibilities:Market Research & Competitive Analysis :- Develop and document market intelligence for vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges. - Analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - Provide strategic insights to optimize pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.Business Growth & Customer Acquisition :- Identify and acquire new customers, driving business expansion. - Develop new projects with existing customers by promoting innovative products and solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.Technical & Sales Enablement :- Serve as the technical expert, offering insights and advice on product features, specifications, and practical applications. - Interface with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions. - Promote the technical advantages of our products to attract new business opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Work closely with internal teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to enhance customer experience. - Align business strategies with technical and operational capabilities to drive growth. - Support marketing initiatives by providing technical content for promotional materials and presentations.Key Deliverables :- Comprehensive market insights to drive informed business decisions. - Increased customer base through strategic business development efforts. - Enhanced product positioning by leveraging technical expertise. - Strong internal collaboration for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Education Qualification:- Master’s in Business Administration / Equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management/ B.
