Operations MIS ExecutiveAbout UsWe are a fast-growing solar solutions platform streamlining procurement, operations, and financial workflows for EPCs and partners across India. Our team relies heavily on data-driven decision-making, automated processes, and real-time visibility into operations.We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations MIS Executive to build dashboards, manage databases, automate reports, and support key operational decision-making.Role OverviewThe Operations MIS Executive will be responsible for managing operational data, maintaining dashboards, creating accurate reports, and supporting automation initiatives. This role is critical for ensuring smooth operations, visibility into key business metrics, and timely insights for management.Key Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for operations, sales, procurement, and finance teams. - Manage operational databases and ensure accuracy of data using SQL queries and structured data practices. - Automate recurring workflows and reporting processes using VBA, Excel Macros, and other tools. - Work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Tech teams to gather requirements and design MIS solutions. - Maintain and update data in LOS, LMS, CRM, and other internal systems (good understanding of lending-related workflows is an advantage). - Ensure timely and accurate generation of daily/weekly/monthly operational MIS reports. - Support process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending data-driven solutions. - Monitor KPIs, spot anomalies or trends, and escalate operational issues proactively. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, data accuracy, and reporting standards.Required Technical Skills- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, database maintenance, and query optimization. - Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling, BI best practices). - Hands-on experience with Excel (Advanced level, Macros) and VBA automation. - Familiarity with LOS, LMS, CRM or similar systems (preferably from lending/fintech). - Understanding of data hygiene, data governance, and reporting structures.Soft Skills- Excellent communication skills for cross-team coordination. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. - Problem-solving mindset with ability to interpret data and recommend improvements. - Effective teamwork and collaboration to work with multiple functions. - Good project management capabilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience in the lending/fintech sector or exposure to lending workflows (LOS/LMS). - 1–4 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, operations, or reporting roles.What We Offer- Opportunity to build high-impact reporting and automation systems for a fast-scaling business. - Collaborative, growth-oriented environment with cross-functional learning. - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - High ownership and the ability to influence process design from the ground up.
