Location: Juhu, Mumbai Industry: Luxury Real Estate Experience: 4–10 years Timings: Monday - Saturday About the Role: We are looking for an experienced BMC Liaisoning Executive to manage regulatory coordination, permissions, approvals, and documentation related to real estate development projects across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of municipal processes, a network within BMC and associated authorities, hands-on experience with redevelopment approvals, and the ability to navigate complex compliance requirements with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with BMC and relevant government authorities to secure approvals, NOCs, permissions, and clearances for redevelopment real estate projects. Ensure timely submission and follow-up of documents for various stages of the approval lifecycle. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of municipal regulations, circulars, DCPR norms, and compliance requirements. Liaise with internal teams, including ensuring documentation accuracy before submission. Track file progress and proactively resolve issues or queries raised by authorities. Build and maintain strong working relationships with officers and departments across BMC. Prepare status reports, trackers, and updates for senior management. Assist in audits, inspections, and site visits conducted by municipal departments. Ensure proper record-keeping, filing, and compliance documentation for all approvals. Requirements: 4–10 years of experience in BMC liaisoning with a strong focus on redevelopment projects . Thorough understanding of Mumbai municipal processes, DCPR regulations, and real estate approval workflows. Strong networking, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple files, and meet tight timelines. Proficiency in documentation, submission protocols, and MS Office tools. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
