Position: Business Project ManagerLocation: MumbaiIndustry: ITExperience Required: 8-15 YearsEnd user computing, Datacenter, Managed Services, NetworkingJob descriptionProgram Manager /Operations Manager roles in managed services overseeing client relationships and service delivery aligning IT operations with strategic business goals.Focus on high-level strategic objectives, managing multiple projects, and aligning with long-term vision, concentrate on the day-to-day execution, process improvement, team leadership, and managing IT infrastructure like, End user computing, datacentres, networks and cloud systems within the managed services context.Objectives of this role:- Maintain constant communication with client, team, and internal & external stakeholders to ensure proper operations of the client. - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols - Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the clients internal capacity - Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budgetResponsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution - Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service - Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems - Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper managementRequired skills and qualifications:- 8+ years of proven success in an operations or Program / Project management role - Strong skills in budget development and oversight - Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining client IT Infrastructure. - Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes - Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.Preferred skills and qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field - Strong IT skills, including database development
