The role involves providing expert travel consulting services, assisting customers with their travel needs with regards to Domestic & International Hotel / Holiday Packages / Car Rentals / Travel Insurance and other travel-related services and managing end-to-end travel plans. The Consultant will ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.Qualifications- Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management - Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and assisting with Leisure Travel requirements - Experience in facilitating Domestic & International Hotel / Holiday Packages / Car Rentals / Travel Insurance and other travel-related services. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a client-focused environment - Proficiency in using relevant booking software. - A keen understanding of domestic and international travel processes and requirements. - Geographical knowledge on destination. - Preferably holds a degree or certification in Travel, Tourism, or a related field - Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries
