MEP Project Manager

MEP Project Manager - Interior Fitout / Civil Industry Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and ELV). Provide technical guidance and leadership to the MEP engineering team and site engineers. Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and approve drawings, submittals, and material specifications. Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements. Manage budgeting, BOQ preparation, vendor selection, and procurement processes. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved. Oversee testing, commissioning, quality control, and handover documentation. Monitor project timelines, resources, and costs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Drive innovation in sustainability and energy efficiency practices in MEP systems.Qualifications & Experience Educational: BE/BTech in Electrical / Mechanical / MEP Engineering. Experience: Minimum 10 years in MEP project design, supervision, and management. Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Project/Primavera. Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors/vendors, and handle multiple projects. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
