Job Description:Minimum 3-5 years work experience within Employee Data Management operationsBachelors degree (Any Stream) Demonstrate ability and integrity when working with confidential data.Complete UK SHIFT job.Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skillsStrong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its customersAbility to take initiative be proactive without waiting for direction strong sense of personal accountabilityMS Office Excel SkillsSAP ECC other ERPs working knowledge will be a plusProven experience in Employee Relations or related rolesGood understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data and insights to HR leadership and stakeholdersKnowledge of reporting toolsESSENTIAL_SKILLSKnowledge of UK HR process and hands on knowledges, hands on knowledge of SAP Success Factors. Knowledge of case management through ticketing too.
