Team Lead Counselling- UKWe are looking to hire a Team Leader who has some team leading experience too. This role would entail you to lead a team of 6-8 members.JD is below:- Responsible for imparting end to end training to the counsellors on existing & new product initiatives & ensure accurate information is provided to the students. - Must have in-depth knowledge about a particular destination (UK) - Supervise counselling & help counsellors to handle difficult students. - Ensure counsellors follow up with the customers as per the criticality of the leads generated. - Maintain applications, visa, and commission invoicing information for students.Handling a team of 6-8 members (Counsellors)Creating and maintaining contacts with key external stakeholders in the marketSkills Required:· Graduate/ Postgraduate with 6-8 years of relevant work experience in overseas education industry· Vibrant, energetic, self-starter.· Excellent written & verbal communication
