As a Site Executive at SmartQ, your primary goal will be to take responsibility for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with the overall strategic goals of the organization. In addition, you must be adept at strategic planning, team leadership, and problem solving to navigate the complexities of operational management. Client relationship management. Regular tracking of MIS data & reporting. Resolving on-ground situations & conflicts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges. Contribute to the development of operational strategies aligned with overall organizational goals. Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity. Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement policies and procedures. Identify potential risks to operations and implement mitigation strategies. Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or equivalent in Hospitality. Passionate about providing top-notch service to both clients and employees. Requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Sound knowledge and experience of working with food, technology, and people management. Possess strong communication skills in both English and the local language. Ensuring positive and excellent experience for all with a positive attitude. Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge, a passionate learner. The candidate will be required to work for 6 days a week. Self-motivated, agile and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
