User Management Create, update, and deactivate user IDs as per HR inputs. Maintain employee hierarchy and reporting structure in SFA. Maintain all Masters [DB, beat, outlet, PJP] System Support & Maintenance Resolve user issues and escalate technical bugs to the IT/vendor team. Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of sales, outlet, and beat information. Training & Communication Conduct onboarding sessions for new users on SFA & DMS usage. Prepare and update user manuals or SOPs for SFA & DMS modules. Collect feedback from field teams and share improvement suggestions with management.
