Offshore Oil& Gas -Yard Cordinator

Job Description: Experience:Minimum8–15 years of experiencein yard coordination or logistics within offshore oil & gas / fabrication yard environments.Plan, organize, and oversee daily yard activities including material receipt, storage, preservation, and issuance to offshore sites. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and project teams for timely mobilization and demobilization of equipment, materials, and manpower. Maintain accurate records of yard inventory, material traceability, and documentation as per project and QA/QC requirements. Ensure optimal utilization of yard space and resources in compliance with safety and operational guidelines. Supervise loading/unloading operations, lifting activities, and material handling in adherence to HSE procedures. Liaise with offshore teams for dispatch schedules, loadout preparation, and material readiness for offshore campaigns. Monitor and control material movements using ERP or yard management systems. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with housekeeping, safety, and operational standards. Support fabrication and construction teams with timely availability of materials, consumables, and equipment.
