Backed by over 60 years of jewellery design and craftsmanship, we’re creating bold, modern designs that are redefining the future of fine jewellery.Role Overview: The Project Manager (Store Fit-outs & Renovations) will be responsible for end-to-end management of retail store projects from planning and execution of new store fit-outs to renovation and refurbishment of existing outlets. The role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to brand and quality standards while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Fit-out & Renovation Management Plan and execute complete store fit-out projects for new retail locations. Manage renovations, refurbishments, and brand upgrades in existing stores. Ensure all works align with brand guidelines, design standards, and safety regulations. 2. Project Planning & Execution Prepare detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants. Ensure quality, cost control, and timely handover of projects. 3. Vendor & Contractor Management Identify, onboard, and manage vendors/contractors across civil, electrical, HVAC, signage, furniture, and fixture domains. Negotiate contracts and rates while ensuring compliance with SLAs. Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve on-site challenges. 4. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with the Business Development team during property handover. Liaise with Operations, Visual Merchandising, and IT for store readiness. Ensure seamless transition of completed stores to the retail operations team. 5. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to mall regulations, statutory approvals, and legal norms (fire safety, electrical, licenses, etc.). Implement and monitor safety protocols for all site activities. 6. Budget & Cost Control Track project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets. Identify and implement cost optimization measures. Provide regular reports on budget utilization and highlight potential overruns. 7. Quality & Brand Standards Maintain consistent design and execution quality across all store formats. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure finishing and construction standards meet brand expectations. 8. Reporting & Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation including project reports, vendor contracts, and handover checklists. Provide regular updates and dashboards to management on project progress.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong project management and execution skills. Excellent vendor negotiation and coordination abilities. Knowledge of retail design standards, civil works, and MEP. Budgeting and cost-control expertise. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project/Excel/AutoCAD preferred.Qualification & Experience: Education:B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field. (Preferred) Experience:3–7 years of experience in retail store projects, fit-outs, or interior construction management. Industry:Retail, QSR, or Commercial Interiors preferred.
