Job Title: Project Manager – Ballastless TrackLocation: Mumbai, IndiaExperience: 10+ YearsJoining: ImmediateAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Ballastless Track to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ballastless track works for metro/rail infrastructure projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in track construction, project coordination, and stakeholder management, with hands-on experience in ballastless track systems for metro or high-speed rail projects.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of ballastless track works as per project timelines and specifications. - Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, and contractual requirements. - Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently. - Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives for technical and execution-related matters. - Review design drawings, technical specifications, and method statements related to ballastless track works. - Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and risk assessments. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. - Prepare and present progress reports, MIS, and documentation to management and clients. - Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution. - Lead and mentor project teams and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.Required Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in ballastless track works for metro/rail infrastructure projects. - Proven experience in end-to-end project management, from planning to commissioning. - Strong understanding of ballastless track systems (such as LVT, RHEDA, or equivalent technologies). - Familiarity with relevant Indian and international railway standards. - Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Must be available for immediate joining.Preferred Background:- Prior experience with Metro Rail / High-Speed Rail / Dedicated Freight Corridor projects. - Exposure to coordination with government authorities and international consultants.
