The candidate will be responsible for vendor identification, factory visit, supplier negotiations, product development coordination, and market research to ensure seamless procurement, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers (domestic & international) Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation, performance tracking, and compliance Coordinate sample development, approvals, and production timelines Conduct detailed market research on product categories, pricing, trends, and competitor offerings Prepare and present sourcing reports, cost comparisons, and product recommendations Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, operations) to ensure procurement aligns with brand goals Maintain and update sourcing-related databases and documentation Monitor supplier lead times, quality checks, and ensure timely delivery of goodsRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Apparel Production, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management (preferred in fashion/consumer goods) Strong research, negotiation, and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools Excellent communication and relationship management skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brands is highly desirable
