We are seeking a hardworking and sincere Associate to join our disputes practice in Mumbai. The candidate will manage complex civil and commercial litigation from inception to resolution, including drafting, appearing in court as first chair and also briefing senior advocates in high stake matters. The work we do is diverse and continues to remain cognitively challenging while also deeply rewarding. You will be responsible for appearances before almost all forums in Bombay as well as for matters in other parts of India.A passionate and strong command of the first principles in law, is essential.Candidates must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa or equivalent state bar and possess 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.This is a good opportunity to work in an interesting challenging environment alongside experienced professionals.
