LXME offers simple, jargon-free financial solutions and a vibrant community to help women achieve financial independence.Position: Intern Location: Mumbai Duration: 3 or 6 months Stipend: Rs 5000 per month Department: Marketing / Partnerships Reporting To: Senior ManagerKey Responsibilities: ● Support day-to-day operations of the team. ● Assist in data collection, research, and analysis to support ongoing projects. ● Help create and manage Partners/users for LXME’s platforms. ● Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and deliverables. ● Contribute ideas to enhance LXME’s women-focused financial initiatives. ● Assist in organizing campaigns, events, and partnerships. ● Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.Requirements: ● Current student or recent graduate in [Business / Marketing / Finance / Communications / Related field]. ● Strong interest in women’s financial empowerment and fintech. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
