INTERIOR SITE SUPERISOR

Company Description Our company's name is ESI Design Studio and we are an Architectural & interior design firm located in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Interior Site Supervisor. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. The supervisor will also manage the execution of interior design plans, monitor safety compliance, and liaise with clients to ensure their expectations are met. Qualifications Strong knowledge of interior design and construction processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in site supervision and managing subcontractors is preferred Proficiency in using project management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is beneficial
