The role involves insurance follow-ups, denial resolution, and improving collections on medical claims. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on unpaid/denied claims with insurance companies Analyze and resolve denials Work on aging reports and meet collection targets Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with HIPAA Requirements: 6 months – 2 years in AR (Denial Management) Strong communication & analytical skills Knowledge of RCM tools and processes Willingness to work night shifts Qualification: HSC or Graduate preferred
