Job Title: Refunds Associate (International Airlines) Location: Vikhroli West Job Type: Full-time Shifts : Rotational Shifts with 1 rotational week off Pick-up drop facilities provided. Key Responsibilities Process refund requests in Amadeus and other GDS platforms. Verify passenger eligibility and fare rules before initiating refunds. Handle customer queries related to refund status, cancellations, and policies. Maintain accuracy in processing and update records in accordance with company policies. Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring adherence to airline standards. Qualifications & Skills IATA Certification or Diploma in aviation. (mandatory) Knowledge of Amadeus GDS (additional GDS knowledge is a plus). Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior internship/experience in reservations/refunds will be an added advantage.
