HR DEIB Intern

Detailed JD As a HR Data Analyst Intern in our Culture, OD and DEIB team, you will be supporting in transforming data to decisions that influence HR strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Gather HR-related data from various sources, including HRMS, surveys, and external benchmarks. Liaise with various entities for data inputs and data validation Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Highlight data trends and incongruities wherever necessary Develop and maintain HR metrics and KPIs to track the performance of HR programs and initiatives. Create clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for the team through MS Excel & MS PowerPoint Translate complex data findings into understandable and actionable insights Maintain a repository of the files with various version controls Knowledge & Skills Must be well versed with Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint Should have good communication and analytical skills A basic understanding of HR processes is desirable Qualifications Post Graduate or Graduate in any stream
