Role: Executive – Accounts Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai Department: Finance & Accounts Employment Type: Full-Time What you’ll do: Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. Prepare invoices, reconcile ledgers, and maintain accurate financial records. Support GST, TDS, and compliance documentation. Assist in month-end closings, audits, and internal reviews. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve accounting queries. Maintain updated data and records in Zoho Books/CRM. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable. Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software. Strong understanding of AR/AP, GST, TDS, and reconciliations. Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
