Wireless - L3 RRM

Requirement:- Roles and Responsibilities: You will contribute to product development and delivery including requirement analysis, planning, design, delivery, implementation, validation and field testing. You will work with product management and other multi-functional teams to develop detailed software and functional specifications. You will analyze and prioritize various features for different sub-systems to get a synchronized system delivery in a phased manner You will participate in the design of various features and functionalities related to the design above. You will closely work with other teams and partners to carry out system integration and user acceptance testing. You will explicitly focus to continuously improve system performance with quality and its positioning. Skills: Hands on experience on various RRM related algorithm including coverage, capacity optimization, interference mitigation, admission control, performance optimization. Should have strong design and implementation experience for RRC, S1AP, X2AP protocols In depth understanding of Layer1 and Layer2 configuration and capabilities  Must have experience in Architecting LTE system/ eNB features Must have experience in debugging complex real time issues, log file analysis etc.  Must have knowledge on Advanced SON. Good to have skills : Familiar with any of these technologies ICIC, ANR, Mobility optimization, Resource Management, admission control, S1AP, X2AP, SCTP, SON
