Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team in the fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to training and compliance, ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with our company values and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, handle grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs for staff development, ensuring compliance with operational standards and SOPs. Payroll & Attendance: Assist in payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management. HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and help implement improvement plans where necessary. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of HR experience in the QSR industry. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS systems). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with employee engagement initiatives.
