Key Responsibilities • End-to-End Ownership of Buying for the Kidswear category, from range curation to in-season management. • Channel Allocation Management: Ensure correct flow of styles across EBOs, SIS, and distributor orders. • Seasonal Range Planning: Build collections backed by trend research, past performance, competitive benchmarking, and price strategy. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Design (for range building), Planning (for OTB and buys), and Marketing/Retail Ops (for GTM readiness). • Analytics & Insights: Track category performance, identify bestsellers/slow movers, and recommend exits or repeats. • MCC Sheet Management: Maintain and update the MCC sheet for all categories to ensure clear visibility of buy plans and assortment architecture.
