Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious MBA freshers to join our team as Management Trainees in Recruitment and Business Development . This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, client interactions, and business development strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying, sourcing, and screening candidates for various roles. Coordinate and manage interview processes between candidates and clients. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. Support business development activities, including client research, lead generation, and outreach. Participate in client meetings and contribute to proposal development. Maintain accurate records of recruitment and business development activities in the CRM. Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. What We’re Looking For: MBA (HR/Marketing/General Management) – recent graduates or up to 2 year of experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
