The role demands strategic oversight of project planning, design coordination, resource management, and execution while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in civil and pre-engineered building (PEB) construction with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the end-to-end construction of industrial and warehouse projects across India. Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements; plan and implement projects efficiently. Introduce and enforce construction benchmarks, standards, and best practices . Review estimates, BOQs, tender packages, and manage contract administration . Coordinate approvals and compliance with government authorities, vendors, and external agencies. Track project deliverables using project management tools (MS Project preferred); implement changes to ensure successful outcomes. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and profitability , ensuring projects meet company targets. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the project teams. Handle local project-level challenges and coordinate effectively with in-house stakeholders. Travel frequently to project sites as required. Key Deliverables Timely project execution in line with the development plan. Achievement of project budget targets (Target vs. Actuals). Compliance with QHSE practices and organizational standards. Successful management of multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines. Skills & Competencies Technical Expertise: Civil construction, PEB execution, project management tools, ERP exposure (added advantage). Leadership & Team Management: Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
