3D Visualizer

Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality, photorealistic visualizations of architectural, interior, product, or environmental designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic eye, advanced 3D modelling and rendering skills, and a passion for visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities:- Create 3D models and visualizations from architectural drawings, sketches, or design concepts. - Produce photorealistic renderings for presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals. - Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret design intent. - Apply appropriate lighting, textures, and materials to achieve lifelike results. - Animate walk-throughs or fly-throughs when required. - Revise models and renders based on feedback. - Ensure timely delivery of outputs while maintaining quality. - Stay updated on the latest software, rendering techniques, and industry trends.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser or similar role. - Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Blender, or similar. - Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, and post-production techniques. - Excellent eye for detail, composition, lighting, and color. - Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical drawings. - Good communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage time and workload effectively
