Program Manager - Distribution

The candidate would be responsible for delivering superior quality partner stores in urban (Non OR/FR towns) & rural markets. Program Manager will have to ensure timely roll out of Airtel Prepaid Stores, deployment of high quality manpower & continuous engagement, facilitate desired hygiene & upkeep of stores and ensure store profitability. The Program manager will also be responsible for RAEO operations in Circle –facilitate rollout, ensure adherence to Standard Operating Process & track/drive productivity of stores.KEY DELIVERABLESAirtel Prepaid Stores Urban 1. Co-ordinate with Zonal teams and circle leadership for rollout of stores in UDT owns as per defined guidelines 2. Co-ordinate with circle marketing team for deployment of all branding elements in the stores 3. Facilitate hiring, training & engagement of Airtel friends (CREs)– Ensure right hiring through has center screening & ZBM interviews Work closely with Centre L&D team to deliver 100% NHIP for all Airtel Friends. Also facilitate all training programs/engagement interventions as per training calendar. Trackattendancethroughpromoterapp&ensuresmoothprocessingofsalary 4. Ensure participation of every store in all lines of business (Prepaid, DTH, Airtel Payments Bank) 5. Provide regular download of new programs/Initiatives to stores 6. Ensure periodic store audits by centrally appointed audit partner for store hygiene & upkeep. 7. Track & measure productivity & profitability of every store.Airtel Rural Stores (RAEO) 1. Co-ordinatewithZonalteams&ensureRAEOineveryfeedermarket.EveryRDDtoinvest in RAEO 2. All RAEO to be operational throughout the day and manned by partner appointed store executive 3. Every RAEO to participate in all lines of business (Prepaid, DTH, Airtel Payments Bank)
